Run Select active run from the drop-down list
Layer Change layer on all viewports
The button switches to the default settings for
the current orientation system
The menu allows to select the same layer for all
viewports
Refresh Refresh all displays in case of graphic hiccups
Layout w,W Change viewports geometry layout to 2x2, 2x1...
Synchronize When enabled viewports flagged as synchronized
typically the Red, Blue, Magenta
will be panned synchronously so as one
to be a cross-section of the other.
For best performance use the "Reset" before
enabling it

"Home" orientation and position
Orientation Set the predefined orientation system and default
layers. Currently the following systems are available
flair = Y-up:
the default flair system with:
Z+ = direction of the beam
X+ = horizontal (left wrt to the beam)
Y+ = vertical (anti-gravity)
layout:
Red,Blue,Magenta: Media
Green: 3D
X-up:
Z+ = direction of the beam
Y+ = horizontal (right wrt to the beam)
X+ = vertical (anti-gravity)
layout as flair default
Z-up:
X,Y = horizontal
Z+ = vertical (anti-gravity)
layout as flair default
Dicom-biped:
X+ = left of patient
Y+ = posterior
Z+ = head
