F4.1} Ribbon

 Actions Group
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 Label        Shortcut  Description

  Select          s     Select/modify bodies, regions or viewports
                        Several combinations with Control and Shift keys

  Pan             x     freely pan/move viewport along the projected plane

  Orbit           t     orbit viewport around the pivot point (see below)

  Info            i     display geometry information on mouse position
                        region, lattice, material, usrbin values, etc...

  Zoom In         z     zoom in. Clicking will zoom x2 or select
                        the region to zoom by drawing a rectangle. To unzoom
                        hold the Control key and click or draw a rectangle

  Zoom Out        Z     zoom out (the opposite of zoom in)

  Zoom On         f     zoom on selected objects (find)

   Menu
  ~~~~~~
  Set Pivot       P     center viewport to clicked location and set it as
                        the pivot point for the orbit command
                        (Equivalent to <Middle-Mouse-Click> without dragging)

  Correct         E     correct overlaps on selected zone on current
                        viewport.

  Paint           p     multiple setting of a value by painting
                        (e.g. MATERIAL, BIASING etc...)

  Center          C     center the other three viewports on the
                        position of the mouse click

  Snap                  enable smart snapping on grid and on body
                        intersections

 Card Group

  Link                  Link parameters of bodies and objects.
                        For example make one body having the same position
                        as an object parametrically

  Planner               Dose integration tool for planning radio-protection
                        interventions. It integrates a USRBIN mesh scoring
                        over a time-spline path


 Selection Group
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

  Visibility      v     Toggle visibility of objects

  Lock            l     Toggle lock/unlock bodies graphical editing

  Freeze          F     Freeze/Unfreeze selection of bodies

 View         Shortcut  Description

  Run                   Select active run from the drop-down list

  Layer                 Change layer on all viewports
                        The button switches to the default settings for
                        the current orientation system
                        The menu allows to select the same layer for all
                        viewports

  Refresh               Refresh all displays in case of graphic hiccups

  Layout        w,W     Change viewports geometry layout to 2x2, 2x1...

  Synchronize           When enabled viewports flagged as synchronized
                        typically the Red, Blue, Magenta
                        will be panned synchronously so as one
                        to be a cross-section of the other.
                        For best performance use the "Reset" before
                        enabling it

  Menu
  ~~~~
  Reset                 Resets all viewports to their predefined
                        "Home" orientation and position

  Orientation           Set the predefined orientation system and default
                        layers. Currently the following systems are available
                        flair = Y-up:
                           the default flair system with:
                                Z+ = direction of the beam
                                X+ = horizontal (left wrt to the beam)
                                Y+ = vertical (anti-gravity)
                           layout:
                                Red,Blue,Magenta: Media
                                Green: 3D

                        X-up:
                                Z+ = direction of the beam
                                Y+ = horizontal (right wrt to the beam)
                                X+ = vertical (anti-gravity)
                            layout as flair default

                        Z-up:
                                X,Y = horizontal
                                Z+ = vertical (anti-gravity)
                            layout as flair default

                        Dicom-biped:
                                X+ = left of patient
                                Y+ = posterior
                                Z+ = head
                           layout:
                                Red,Blue,Magenta: Lattice/Voxel
                                Green: 3D

                        of the body (ROT-DEFI)

  Transform    Ctrl-T   Geometrical transformation dialog for bodies

  Expand                Expand macro bodies to infinite ones.
                            RPP,BOX in 6 planes
                            RCC     in 2 planes + 1 inf cylinder
                            REC     in 2 planes + 1 inf ell cylinder

  Orthogonal            Correct for orthogonality BOX, WED and REC


 Region Context Group

 Command      Shortcut  Description

  Material     Ctrl-M   Edit material properties of selected regions

  Rotdefi               Select the associated transformation card from
                        LATTICE card

  Lattice               Goto to the prototype of the selected region
                        LATTICE card

  Expand                Expand parenthesis if any.
                        WARNING use with care can take long or explode
                                the memory

  Optimize              Remove invalid zones and bodies from selected
                        regions, remove duplicate zones and possibly merge
                        zones if they appear as sub-space of another zone
                        e.g.  A+B-C | A+B  => A+B

  Join                  Join selected region cards into a single
                        multi-union card. It deletes the additional
                        cards as well the material assignments

  Transparency          Set the transparency/alpha channel of the region


 Spline Context Group
